Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Blush & Luxe. If you aren't satisfied, we offer a returns policy with a few important conditions due to our international shipping operations.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
*Luxury press-on nails (once opened or used)
* Hair accessories/products (hair clips, headbands, extensions, etc.)
* Beauty products and cosmetics (once seal is broken or used)
3. Returns Process & Shipping Costs

Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at info@blushandluxe.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: As we are based in China, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to our international fulfillment center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days (minus the original shipping cost).
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the return process above). Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product (e.g., broken cosmetic case, ripped clothing item) or the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately at info@blushandluxe.shop.
* Include photos of the item and packaging.
* We will cover the cost of replacing the item and provide instructions on how to handle the incorrect/damaged item.
